Our Leadership Team
Mike is a highly experienced executive having led multi-billion dollar operations in automotive development, production and supply chain including roles at TRW and Tenneco. A long term resident of Wales, Mike is committed to building Spectrum Design as a Welsh-based powerhouse in semiconductor development.
Kathleen
has people development experience in
multiple business domains including Technology, Manufacturing, Banking and
Retail. She has lead responsibility for talent development at Spectrum which includes responsibility for developing new learning methods in partnership with colleges and universities. Kathleen plays a central role in the growth and success of not only Spectrum Design, but also the South Wales semiconductor ecosystem.
Marc has a wide range of operational skills to call on as we
engage with customers on their projects. From Big 6 experience with Accenture, to developing new ways to develop custom ASICs with Motorola, Intel; and others and building
significant engineering teams from the ground up. Marc leads our customer
services execution efforts.
Bruce is an experienced business development
executive who is focused on the global growth of Spectrum Design. This includes building partnerships with Government and industrial organizations. He also leads the field sales operations. With many years of experience in the semiconductor industry with both established players such as Cadence and Synopsys to numerous startups that experienced successful acquisition exits.
